It is ideal for companies and organisations that require a comfortable and modern space for meetings and conferences. The room is quiet, so no distractions.

The room also has fitted blinds at all windows, ideal if you are using a presentation projector and need an element of darkness.

When hiring this room, you have full use of tables and 'comfy' chairs and toilets are situated just across the hallway.

It is a fully contained room that includes a drinks preparation area complete with fridge, sink, hot water and kettle. This is a bright and spacious room.

The Lounge is fully heated for the winter and air conditioned for the summer so usable all year round. It has ample power sockets situated around.

The Lounge room dimensions are approximately 4.8 metres long by 2.8 metres wide.
