Prices
The hire charges for the Mottingham Community Centre are as follows:
Main Hall
Hire Charge: £30.00 per hour
A deposit of £100 is payable before the hire period commences and is fully refundable within 28 days, providing there are no breakages or damage to the building or any fittings/equipment. This will be held for at least two days after the booking before being refunded.
The Lounge
Hire Charge: £15.00 per hour
A deposit of £100 is payable before the hire period commences and is fully refundable within 28 days, providing there are no breakages or damage to the building or any fittings/equipment. This will be held for at least two days after the booking before being refunded.
Concession Rates
Concessions are available for non-profit-making groups who wish to provide an activity of benefit to the community. Applications for concessionary rates will take a few days to process as the board needs to consider these on a case by case basis. A deposit of £50 is required and this is held for two days after the hire before being refunded.
